How we do the Quality Control?
All the tool cabinets are produced according to the tool cabinet production Guide.
We will do three kinds of control during the production of the tool cabinets.
1. Key Raw Material Control: each procurement shall be taken with supplier’s testing report for the Q235 Carton Steel, Drawer Slide and Casters to ensure the conformity of quality.
2. Production Process Control: each process of the key production points like Laser Cutting,Bending, punching,welding and Assembly,our QC will check the details.
3. Final Product Control: Functional test for the drawer and weight capacity test for the tool cabinet.

A: Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team making custom products according to clients’ drawings.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept and usually do?
A: T/T (30% in advance & 70% balance against B/L copy) or Irrevocable L/C at sight West Union, Paypal.
